hotfix for the wanderingswordman start in the hub, it should now actually start you in the hub like it's suppose to.

-Horde now have their own unique armour
-Reduced the iron legion and horde spawns in Okran areas
-The Horde no longer spam as much dialogue when attacking en mass

last update for the horde prisoner dialogue before it's scrapped and reworked. If you can't recruit the prisoners as a shek thats stronger than they are, it's a bug.
