lanterns removed from a few Iron Legion NPC's that spawn in great numbers. Hopefully this will improve performance during the night.

Updated the Iron Legion Town Guards to properly heal each other and rescue their downed comrades, also added Medic NPCs to them.

Improved and Split the Nomads Start into 2 versions. One with a reduced number of members and the other with a full spread of people. Also added more starting animals.
