- New garrisons for the settlement and garrison buildings.
- Garrisons added to the inland outposts (used by mods that let you settle)
- Global upkeep time reduction added to tech
- Removed Chaos Warriors from Outposts as you can't build the smithy there to unlock them

- Fixed issues with unit recruitment.

- Added Chaos Lords, Sorcerer Lords (Metal, Fire, Death) to Campaign.
- Added new talents to Chaos Lord and Sorcerer Lord trees to replace the ones that benefit Hordes.
- Renamed Norsca, they are now Slaves to Chaos

- Adds Regiments of Renown as capped units from bases.
- Adds tech tree elements for Chaos units.
- Adds Smithy requirements to Chaos units.
- Chaos Lords available in Custom Battles but not in Campaign yet.


Old

- Chaos Units are now recruitable by Norsca
- Recoloured Norsca uniforms and gave them a new Emblem
- Changed various Norsca buildings to provide more income and public order.
