Added G28 for the Germans, G28 will serve as a marksman rifle with a 20 round magazine and good range.

Added M4A1 for the US, M4A1 is an improved M16A4 with faster bullet travel speed, kill chance, and range.

Decreased the chance of AI having Ak-12s

Added the ak12 for the Russians, should be a distinct weapon that'll stand out from the default ones, (lower recoil and farther range than the ak74m but more expensive and heavier.)

Tweaked the crosshair so when crouching it looks more like an ironsight, or as much as a crosshair can look like an ironsight.
