Legendary Confederations 1.0

- New Default Mode - The new "Legendary Lords Assemble" mode is now the default mode. What does this mean? You now get the legendary lords in your character roster but their old factions remain independent. More balance friendly, less management. The old mode (mass confederate, get their armies and territories) is now dubbed "Theatres of War" and can be enabled in the MCT options.

- Missing feature implemented - "Locked" LLs like Azhag, Grombrindal, Isabella/Vlad and Ghorst are now immediately available to you on turn 1.

- Mod Configuration Tool (MCT) Support -

You can now tailor which legendary lords join you. For example, if Mannfred isn't welcome in Vlad's new empire, he can now be disinvited from the confederation event at the start of the game.

"Deadly Alliances" mode. The legendary lords of all factions team up, leading to Team Dark Elves, Team Lizardmen, etc.

"Theatres of War" mode. This gives you the original Legendary Confederations experience with regular confederations, meaning you also get their armies and settlements.

- Compatibility improvements -
Tentative mod compatibility: Mixxu mods, Vandy's confederation options, DF's respec.
Multiplayer should now be functioning as intended
