fixed some missing pixels from the falling frame of the frontal protectorate armor arm

mostly for those who use either the elithian races mod or matter manipulator skins mod, you can craft yourself the master manipulator skin once you obtain it, also makes it easier for those who already completed the ruin mission to get it in admin mode :P

added master manipulator skin

made the protector's handgun one-handed and removed it's alt-ability in favor of making it it's main fire

fixed bug with protector's handgun, sadly this involved disabling it's upgrade until further notice

added a codex to the protectorate base space encounter

you can now upgrade the protector's handgun, although you'll need upgraded upgrades and it's tier 8+ patch for this to work
