Version 0.3

- Added empire state troops different beards and hair colours heads models. I'm using wsmodels for heads models. Unfortunately wsmodels break mask textures and I cannot use tertiary colour anymore on heads models .... so I reverted mask textures similar to vanilla ones ( primary and secondary colour only).... thanks to CA and its broken wsmodels

- Stirland colour faction edited

- reverted almost all textures to BC3 compression (more compatible)

* VERSION 0.2 (Resurgent Update)

- added full compatibility with Daelin Unit Resize Mod
- reworked a bit some colours factions
- changed gloss_map textures compression to BC3 : no more tin metal looking armour textures.

- changed stirland state troops shields colour pattern ( now is green and red). Now stirland shield decals fit better with background
