-Fixed Taser shock bug to the character animation when he starts surrendering
-Added a test fix for the multiples "yell to complice" if in Coop two or more players yell at the same target it would cause to execute the surrender script multiples times
-Small fix for the units voice spam even when they already surrendered
-Now when a target is arrested hes collision with other players should be disabled
-Attempt to fix the dispatch bug when a JIP player joins in the spawn screen

-Fixed lots of spelling and grammar errors (Thanks [SWE]Ragdoll)
-Fixed RHS and KA stun grenades bugs to the animation when the target surrendered or got arrested
-Force to comply icon changed
