- Added full support for "Wire Mod" for sirens.
- Fixed the most important bug related to the broken loop of the audio track when playing the siren.

In the next update "0.9" new items will be added, such as:
- Radar warning systems.
- Tool for repair.

Added 3 types of notification system:
- STH-10 [Warning of an impending tornado]
- STH-10 [Air threat alert]
- STH-10 [Notification of an attack on the USA]

The range of each siren varies.
For example, the STH-10 Air-Raid has the longest distance by ear, when
the STH-10 Warning Message is the smallest.

The next version will support Wire-Mod.
