Some local factions and Zombie Hunters should be friends since Zombie Hunters are basically cops and were acting as such but causing town civil wars.

Scientists should now count as merchants and periodically visit your base if I set it up right, exactly like the traders guild except they mostly just buy your stuff. Added a war campaign for Zombie Hunters so you don't get any ideas of them being easy money. They can and will drop the hammer.

Made Infected a real faction and added their war campaigns to their faction. Hopefully they trigger.

Added Bloated Zombies to mega hordes.

Zombie Hunters spawn in many new locations. Added Desert Hunters. Fixed Great Desert and Heng not having the same spawn chance for hordes and mega hordes. GD now has MUCH HIGHER chances for hordes as it shouldve been.

All zombies look unique now. Nerfed hulks a bit as they hit too hard. The textures are tentative to change as I wasn't perfectly happy with some of them.

More unpopulated regions now spawn hulks and stalkers. Also made sure all regions have zombies. Only regions untouched are those currently unreleased in the SE corner of the map.
