Made some nice tweaks for the SPAS-12 Spearhead Launcher. Added two new ZC-2 variants: The ZC-2 [SUP], & the ZCL-2 ILLUMINATOR. Also buffed the M60. It's now easier to use thanks to some lower recoil.

Oh jeez lemme try and remember everything I did.
-Nerfed the Grunt and Shout, should still be really powerful, but less so and they shouldn't cause frame drops.
-Moved the CM100s because I was sick of looking at them.
-Shortened the sights on the ZC-2 Ninja.
-I added the Corsair Fleet Spawner prototype. A less ludicrous version coming soon.
-Fixed the materials on the T-44. (<- needs feedback)
-Nerfed the SVD heavily.

Oh yeah, Also added the "SAPS-12" a.k.a. the SPAS-12
