Bug fix:
- fixed a bug when sphere shrink was done and server was restarted during match, the sphere started at full size again
- added automatic equip armor, it they are set to start item string
- adjusted default timer settings to a playable 60min setting
- set sphere default to map size for easy start
- edit of sphere offset time disabled, may cause problems if shrink start and offset start are not simular, the offset timer will be deleted in one of the next updates

Bug fix:
- players on dinos can no longe grap other players and take them with them out during player check
- minimum level for level check is now level 2. Because spawn as sepc havent worked by setting it to level 1
- time penalty is now editable again
- changed alt+shift+e information display info-text to the actual combination alt+shift+c
- hopefully set stamina, torpidity, healthreg and fortitude settings in the starter sphere to work
- hopefully fixed a bug where the players hud disapeared during display of the shift+alt+c interface
- hopefully fixed a bug where the server crashes after reseting by hand
