Preformance update! Better optimizaition, reloads, animations, and projecitle balance. Added M1911 variants

New projectile balance system. New reload system including one in the chamber simulation, and reload times now match animations. Optimization improvements, should slightly reduce stress on computers. Improved red dot system. Raffica now has 17+1 capacity (so the full 18 will work better with 3 round burst).
