VERSION 1.1
- Re-made Regor from the ground up.
- He now runs on Robojumper's Voice Script.
- Now contains 91 lines over the previous count of 78.
- Now works with Vanilla XCOM.
- Volume-adjustable via Config.
- Regor's voice can no longer be generated on soldiers or civilians.

VERSION 1.01 (wow it only took you 3 years you goober)

-Gave Regor a proper radio filter, along with better volume normalization

-Edited down Regor's lines to make him less long and drawn out whenever he speaks

-Re-arranged a few line placements here and there
