Tweaked ScionCentral. North and South pool areas are larger. Those two pools where moved by 1 point. Also moved spawnpoints by 1 point, fog,vis changes. Edge path adjusted.

diffusecolor adjusted, specularpower turned on.

Tried to make the map a bit brighter, considering a day version.
