Bug fixes!
- Fixed Zen Mode not respecting Global Timer adaptation
- Fixed Factory's emergency lights flashing in Zen Mode
- Fixed TTKs being modified when TP is active
- Fixed best records being saved when they shouldn't

Fixed a major bug that would make it so modes besides normal wouldn't be enabled unless TP was enabled. Also fixed some minor bugs.

Major changes have been made to Tweaks:
- Added Zen Mode (Thanks to Riverbui!)
- Fixed the emergency lights staying on when going back above 1 minute
- The timer and HUD now have unique colors for each mode
- Added a setting to have the "Mods Only" key turned on by default

Update the fixed URL for Foreign Exchange Rates

Fixed exception that only affected Factory's infinite mode, thanks Rex.

Fixed the Edgework UI not displaying
Time Mode now respects Factory's global timer modifer

This update of Tweaks has some major changes:
- Added Time Mode!
- Added two HUDs which give you information about the bomb and edgework.
- You can now play Foreign Exchange Rates again using a new URL.
- Centered those pesky status lights.
