Vampire Coast Update

Large Update, Changed mod purpuse.

Removed ALL of the faction effects except for:

Archaon No Infighting Effect
Sigvalds Demand of the Dark Prince effect.
Kholek +20% Physical resistance for Dragon Ogres

Mod now revolves around these effect, expect fine tuning.
