Readjusted the MTTH to give better 'order of preferrence'

- The mod now removes the 'Looking for Educator' modifier from adults if they somehow didn't get their guardian selection done before becoming an adult.

- Guardian selection now prefer guardian with good trait progression intervention trait (diligent, brave, gregarious, kind) over guardian without. It is still not smart enough to match guardian trait with childhood trait though (like brave for rowdy child). It just prefer a guardian any of those 4 trait.

- Childhood guardian (fighter guardian) now also check for 'trained fighter'. The LV2 fighter. The higher level fighter of proper culture and religion is actually quite rare early on.

The childhood guardian (fighter/culture/religion) now must be an adult.
