Patch 6 release!
- added a new mode - "Battle of Capitals" - in which each capital of the empire (except for the fallen empires) receives one resource at once, but the emergence of resources on other planets is blocked;
- Added a new civil model - "Chosen" - giving at the start in the capital one random resource;
- the method of searching for planets with special resources has been changed, there is no more message at the login to the system;
- the method of entering records in the log has been changed, the button "research" for a million days has disappeared;
- minor edits.
