-Added notification for when Alt is allowed

-Fixed exploit where any player could run ammobox_update on any crate
-Fixed the display name to now display "Ammo Crate"

MAJOR UPDATE!

-There is now only one generic crate
-Pressing E on the generic crate now lets the user open a menu and edit the boxes properties
-Added crossbow support
-Added magnum support
-Added SLAM support
-Added the option to toggle Alt ammo
-Added the ability to change the wait period
-Added the ability to change the amount of ammo given

-AR2 ammocrate now gives player 2 combine balls every ten seconds
-SMG ammocrate now gives player 2 smg grenades every ten seconds
