Polygon optimization and texture modification

1. Fixed oblique streaks entering flat parts. Reconstruction.
2. Fixed overlapping of winker at the top and warning light. I shifted the turn signal backwards.
3. Remove extra polygons on the same surface.
4. Expand the chapter Fire Department.
5. Change the size of the warning light.
6. Expand the character "PARAMEDIC".
7. Fix texture of engine grill.
