Changes made:

- The Enchanter set has been moved to the Skyforge, because some people had some stolen/ownership problems.

- The Enchanter set should now increase the enchanting stats, and not the movement speed. If it does that an ohter mod is irritating this mod.

Fixed - Enchanting Ring, Necklace and Ciclet aren't stolen anymore.

Fixed - Enchanting set to actually give you a Enchanting bonus.

Not Fixed - Enchanting Ring, Necklace and Ciclet count as stolen.
