Stun chance from 60/80/100% to 50/60/70%
Pyre empty buff from 4/5/5% to 3/4/5% CRT and SPD from 2/3/3 to 1/2/3 for 2 turns instead of 2/2/3
Changed a few other buff durations to 2, so that they won't stack up.
