Updated the RV description text file to further explain the differences between all the RV variants available. Added the quad cannon Titan to all Scion build trees. Fixed the IA Scion build tree to include the Phantom Scout once the Matriarch is upgraded. Updated the asset checker to include the new assets.

Should be able to build the assault bay in IA now. Added missing inf file for upgraded Scion Dower.

added missing HOLD plans to my Level 2 Aegeis AIP. Modified Flash canon/beam to be more potent for end game.

added missing HOLD plans for the ai in the Aegeis Level 1 AIP.

Ugh, deleted duplicate assets.

Fixed middle pool bug in Groundthug MPI. Fixed THUG commander assets for Scions.
