more hadean aip tweaks for maps with preloaded pgens

hadean AIP tweaks, added missing startup xypos for the human side

trying to get hadeans to show up in IA, added in autoreg parameters. fixed some odf errors popping up in the console

Added the additional starting units for the human player side from the page 2 mpi options page. I think I now have the Hadeans as a selection in IA now.

more Hadean AIP tweaks, some maps they were getting stuck on needing to build a battery tray but the maxcurpower parameter was not allowing them to do so

Hadean Level 1 AIP tweaks across the board, removed heavy units from attacking until late game. Hadean pilot odf tweaks, spelling errors and incorrect references corrected.
