the Warpig level 1 AIP should be fully functional. created custom cpu variants for all buildings and vehicles.

Warpig level 1 AIP got stuck trying to build the armory, so I removed the CPU requirements for that building.

trying to figure out why the Warpig pool causes the game to crash. removed references to a missing fbx model and having it use the stock model. Added missing odf's to the asset checker!

added the Level 1 AIP for the Warpigs.

Warpigs added as a playable faction. Changed MPI starting vehicle list. Changed all MPI maps to high light all faction scouts on start up. Added Warpig cpu variants.

removed all off map powers from all remaining IA maps. Made some changes to the Toon Bomby and Bike Bomb.
