Fixed the Fury problem with attacking because of the AIP. Fixed the terrain problem in Wasteland. Retextured Ice Cold and fixed the sky in Mountain Top. Re-added the Fury's to Wasteland and a couple other maps.

Removed all the Fury's from MPI Wasteland because the AIP makes them all attack the player base before enough defences are in place. Will put them back once i figure out how to curtail this.
