the hadean rocket and artillery tower should work as advertised, finally!

apparently the game is hard coded to use a "_m" variant for strat, so I made my own variant for strat. Attempted to fix the hadean Rocket Tower and Artillery Tower

fixed other races being unselectable in STRAT

added the ability to use the MOD for strat now, all races should be playable, except for CERBERI. Swapped the FFA recyclers to use the strat variant

found more incorrect "NULL" references. Fixed error messages from other asset packs: Scrappool, RocketRRV, Katpak.

Fixed various "NULL" references in odf's, apparently it needs to be NULL without the quotes. Also trying to fix the hadean pilot texture errors - HERP

fixed the Warpigs for FFA

tweaking CERBERI CPU units on level 4 AIP

added missing assets, fixed ODF errors in the CERBERI AIP

Modified Cerberi level 4 AIP to be more aggressive.
