General
- Optimized the mod by removing some unused strings.


Balance Patch
- Updated the 'Inquisitorial Matters' trinket.
> Reduced Monsters Surprised vs Unholy buff from +15% to +10%.
> Was too powerful in the Ruins.

- Updated the 'Virulent Casting' trinket.
> Reduced both Bleed Resist and Blight Resist debuffs from -20% to -15%.

- Updated the 'Vein Light' trinket.
> Reduced DODGE debuff from -8 to -4.
> Underpowered in comparison to other Low-Torch trinkets.

- Updated the 'Ferrous Primer' trinket.
> Removed -2 SPD debuff on first round.
> Reduced First Round PROT from +25% to +20%.
> Added unrestricted +5% PROT.
> Added unrestricted -1 SPD.
> Sorry 'Protection Stone'.

- Updated the 'Blazing Cauteries' trinket.
> Increased Bleed Skill reduction buff from -25% to -30%.

- Updated the 'Misplaced Buffer' and 'Hereditary Ward' trinkets.
> Increased Resolve XP bonus from +25% to +50%.
> To improve and further emphasize their purpose as XP-earning trinkets.

- Updated the 'Brigand's Arsenal' trinket.
> Removed the DMG debuff on Riposte.
> Removed ACC debuff.
> Added -3% CRIT debuff.
> Is no longer a worse and class-restricted 'Brawler's Gloves'.

- Updated the 'Incantation' trinket.
> Reduced ACC bonus while Stress above 50 from +15 to +12.
> Reduced CRIT bonus while Stress above 75 from +10% to +8%.

- Updated the 'Aggressor's Shawl' trinket.
> New stats:
> Still Arbalest only.
> +40% DMG if in position 2. (Unchanged)
> +15 ACC if in position 2. (Increased)
> +8% CRIT if in position 2.
> -2 SPD.

Because I did not change a trinket in this patch does not necessarily mean I am unaware of its issue(s). It's probably because I don't know of a way to fix it. If you have any suggestions of your own, please share them in the pinned Balance Discussion thread.
