Added the Disabler, Brute, and Technical specializations. Not all of them have a full set of perks.

Re-uploaded the file to actually have the doctor enabled

Added the doctor specialization, an alternative or addition to the medic specialization. They use healing darts and up-close skills to keep their allies alive. This leaves their secondary slot open for other gear.
