"good enough" settings for downgrading medicine. yknow, use herbal if it's 99% good enough...

Multiple people will drop meds if nearby and they are needed, and the doctor will grab them in one go. Before he would tend, find more, more tend, find more. That's a real obscure case but it WORKS.

Minimal medicine for non-urgent care

Some better medicine-finding decisions so doctor will get medicine on the way to the patient instead of far behind the patient
