- Nova Defender compatibility is working again

My respect to Samuel for his work and his initial fix to prevent SNTE and Nova Defender from conflicting. Things should run more power now.

- removal of the reason for ban in a player file (unnecessary... Thanks Vitroze)
- addition of an extra written record related to bans (Thanks Finnwinch), you can now also view them in the data/snte_detections.txt file.

- whoops i pushed the modify file on github but not on the workshop (sorry)

- removal of two net duplicates
- added a patch for a server crash exploit
- many things renamed
- new loading impressions (better formatting)
- it's now possible to change the ban reason (finally) just type in the server web console: “snte_banreason newreason” (YOU MUST REBOOT THE SERVER)
