Death star rebalance (more firepower, super slow reload, stronger hull). Thanks to Gamingwelle for the rebalance suggestions (and sorry for forgetting to correctly upload them months ago).

Also, there's a newly photoshopped cover art for the mod which I'm pretty happy with ^w^
