[Added] I've added 'Latched' variants of the fence gates. These gates should be treated as a solid block by NPC's/Pets/Animals and therefore should not allow Chickens etc. to pass through them (unless you push them yourself)

Updated Visuals:
- Removed incorrect nail pixels on Rough Wooden Fence Gate
- Lifted all gates 1 voxel off the ground so they visually have room to swing open.
