Konrad nerf again: removed the missile resist of 15. Decreased MA by 8 points, MD by 1 point, and HP by 150. His armor lowered by 15 points. Also, his regen changed from the vanilla one to SFO hunger.

There were some unmodded cdir table changes, I finished them and increased Konrad's upkeep cost to 470, and soul hatrvesters to 400, and decreased soul harvesters max. camp. recruitment limit from 6 to 3.
