Not looking so good, probably missing something simple. The last Upload to test the tools after this I am moving on.

Fixed wyvern speed increase
added a costume for any dino with a costume slot, adds 500 armor

Added Railings
one is short while the other is 1 wall high
Added Inverted Corner ceiling (working on wall snap points Currently just for looks as walls don not coreectly attach)
