The Scripting Update

- Added several new scripts
- Optimized current scripts
- Fixed Jet spawn issue
- Managed object placement

Now we fancy ourselves with the Urban and Helo Rappeling script,
for some cool and intense action.
Aside from that, with the new AI behaviour script it now becomes more
challenging as the enemy uses more advanced technices to make your
life miserable.
