Include/exclude strings now use the name as shown to players versus internal name of items.

Corrected Small Box push/pull issue. Fixed sort order on pull.

Accidently uploaded the version with debugging enabled.

Pull and push functions now prioritize containers with the most number of matching characters in their include strings. Pulling first from the lowest (least) and pushing to the highest (most) first.

Now properly handles spoil timers.

Enabling push/pull functions causes an immediate push/pull operation without delay. Disabling also stops all timers and reduces server load when not in use.

K+ Distributed trough is now metal

K+ Small Box may now pull from the K+ Large Box or K+ Vault

Include strings (+) and exclude strings (-) can not be used on both source and target structures
