Version 2.0.0 - 2-year anniversary update!

- Added (more official) support for Stellaris game version 2.5.x "Shelley". - Reformatted all previous 63 backgrounds to be the correct dimensions, improve compression quality, and remade the DDS file archetypes to overall look nicer. - Added 68 brand new backgrounds for you guys' enjoyment! (131 total now) - Removed unecessary files, left over from previous updates and tests. - Re-converted all of the images with a different compression algorithm: BC7 (DX10), hopefully the images are abit higher quaility. - Added yet another easter egg (aside from the one background with the space roadster). :P - Also doubled the size of the mod and its download, but that's okay right? You guys still me, right? <3
