Added SuperTek Mining Dril

Tried everything I can think of to fix the saddle and shield bug and nothing has worked so I have removed them from the SuperTek bench until they can be fixed.

Testing a fix for Rex Saddle bug as for whatever reason it works fine in dev kit but not on live servers so I need to push updates out to live to test it out.

Added Extinction skins, bug fixes

Another update is still to come to fix saddles

SuperTek Bench no longer needs to be placed on foundation

Disabled the ability to dye the SuperTek Shield for now as its currently bugged.

SuperTek Tranq Rifle and Darts added - Instantly knocks out and drains the food of the target dino

SuperTek Tek Generator - Requires no fuel and is silent, able to be picked up again

SuperTek Bench - This is where you will craft all of the SuperTek items now

SuperTek Skins - craftable skins that will work with SuperTek Gear only

SuperTek Shield - First pass (might need some more work)

More skins will be added when WildCard updates the Ark Dev Kit since it still has not been updated for extinction yet.

Fixed a Bug with SuperTek boots that caused them to consume element from your inventory if you had some while absorbing fall damage.

Fixed the sword durability shown as 140 instead of being unlimited.
