HOTFIX:

* Zombies weren't properly spawning.
* Now you'll respawn with your loadout you started the mission with if you die.
(I'm aware that you can farm ammo for your pistol by respawning all the time, and is kinda intentional. Not everyone likes "hardcore" survival. Use at own discretion...)
