Added SWEP.UseHands. Suggestion by zikaitoh. Easily removable if becomes an issue.

Reverting attempted fix, it made things worse. I honestly don't know what I'm doing apparently. Garry enforced world boundaries, and now the mod is broken and I don't know how to fix it.

Fixed some issues, no more rapid fire updates for now. the addon is due for a full recoding one day, when I have the ability to do so. until then, this will have to do.
