Update for 1/3/2020

1. New portrait set: "The Final Order" based on the Sith Eternal faction from the Rise of Skywalker movie. You can find the new set next to the First Order portraits.
- Includes portraits of Sith Eternal fleet officers, technicians, Sith troopers, Sith Cultists, and a Palpatine portrait.
- Added four of the Knights of Ren to both the First Order and Final Order sets.
- Sith Troopers will be in both sets as an option for leader generals.

2. New starting system "Exegol" based on the movie (Note: Currently a WIP, but this is just a random interpretation of the system as there is currently no information regarding what's in the system yet).
- New planet modifier for the Sith Citadel (I may change the modifier into a building later).

- Exegol is currently a tomb world (I may change it later based on feedback). Empires who use this starting system will
have a habitability and amenities bonus from the modifier to prevent low habitability debuffs.

- Altered the Stellaris tomb environment background to look more like Exegol in the movie.

3. New civic "Sith Cult" based on the Sith Eternal faction. Gives a bonus towards government ethic attraction, psionic research, and allows your starting ruler to be immortal. Must have some degree of Authoritarian and Spiritualist to use.

4. Updated First Order namelist to include Sith Trooper legions like the "3rd Revan Legion" and more names for ships and personnel.

5. Added a new room background of the Sith Throne on Exegol.

6. Misc changes to the "Project Resurrection" civic and flags.

Future update: Adding a Prescripted Empire for the Sith Eternal/Final Order.

Update

- Updated the First Order Jet Trooper with another portrait.
- Replaced both Kylo Ren's face and helmet with new images based on Episode IX.
