Another small update...

- Did a little more cleaning and consolidating with the localization files

- Looking at Wave's version of the mod, I was able to add proper Russian translations

An update that has been needed for a long time.

- cleaned up the hot mess that was the localization files folder
-cleaned up some other misc files that did not belong

-Fixed some localization issues that made mimics stick out when playing with a language other than english.
