* Players reported this mod imbalanced gameplay by strengthened every race vs the Vodyani. Reduced the system size / planet size increases this mod introduces to compensate:
- Systems now more weighted to 3 planets. Closer to vanilla; 1 and 2 still remove for non-gas systems.
- No star (gas only) systems sizes reduced from 3-5 planets to 1-3 due to happiness / approval limits.
- Size weighting for planets rebalanced. Smaller planets overall than 1.0, but still generally larger than in unmodded play. Larger, less habitable planets restored to vanilla size weightings; more habitable planets still rebalanced toward medium spawn sizes.
- Removed the +1 dust to forest and +1 influence to terran planets. May have been interfering with "Rebalanced Luxuries" mod.
