- removed material files (.vmt) for melee weapon icons, due to redundancy and to avoid potential conflicts with melee weapon mods. Modders can use vmt's to define custom vtf icons for their mods.

Update: removed buttons_32.vtf, it will now be in font mod since it's a bitmap font basically. Replaced the animated pickup hand with windows-alike hand icon.
