Huge tweak.

1) Bountiful Sunlight (Dragonslayer's Heal) has been replaced with Sacred Oath. This ability gives prot/damage to the party once each battle, and lasts through-out the entire battle. Scalings are 11/12/13/14/15% on both.

2) The riposte damage, by default, has always been -40%. It's been nerfed to -50%. The Leo Ring damage increase for ripostes has been reduced as well.

3) Lightning Spear can only be used from rank 3/4.

4) The camping ability "Sacred Oath" has been removed, and will not have a replacement for the immediate future.

5) Item rarities are more diversified.
