Finished Overhaul of mod's code.
You can now change the name of a country (if they have available names) if they are your puppet.
Changed:
-Fist Italian Republic to Italian Republic
-First Canadian Republic to Canadian Republic
-Allowed several countries to use [Country Name] Empire when Non-Aligned.
-Confederate States of America now allowed when Democratic.
Added:
-Russian Republic

Would have done all of them but it takes time as I have to basically rewrite the mod.
