Added Mississippi rifle

Mississippi rifle and Springfield 1861 are now usable weapons with slightly improved models.

Texture fix for the officers, I had a different file path on the vmt files for both the Union and Confederate Officers. This update should fix this if you still have the problem, it did not update. Delete the .gma file in your addons folder and unsubscribe. Start up gmod and then subscribe and it should be updated.
