added trinity 5660 and 3230 PD cars w/ a pile of skins. removed $staticprop from the remaining freight cars that had it - laz

-added westinghouse model 370D traction motor options to AAR type B, GSC straight equalized C and A1A long
-added aar type B westinghouse w/40" wheels because its what the LRS-1200 used irl. might be applicable to BLH DRS-4-4-10/RS-12s??

updated DR-6s to be able to accept the AAR type B. Updated the RSG Type B to be a bit prettier and reset the brake position. Added type H couplers to the DR-6s. -Laz.
